Stout Series 134 - Introduction to Women's Studies course was taught by Mary Richards as an interdisciplinary course from 1975 to 1978. The course continued to be taught and later a Women's Studies Minor was developed.

Rebecca Kuske (she/her/hers) is the Digital Archivist and Records Officer at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has worked with Dr. Rickie-Ann Legleitner to establish an ongoing oral history project to document experiences and stories from the LGBTQIA+ community at UW-Stout. The oral histories have been conducted by UW-Stout Introduction to Queer Studies students from Fall 2021 and Fall 2022. Interviewees include students, alumni, staff, and faculty members.
